  • Period: 12 months plus odd time not exceeding 18 months in all.
  • Territoriality: Worldwide with some limitations in the US and Canada
  • Underwriting Capacity: Up to USD 15M per risk*

Energy Risks Include but not Limited to:

  • Oil & Gas: Original insured occupancy related to one or more of the stages involved in production, storage, refining, distribution and exploration.
  • Power: Original insured occupancy related to one or more of the stages involved in transmission, distribution, generation of conventional and renewable energy.
  • Resource extraction & production: Original insured occupancy related with mining or any steel risks.renewable energy.

All risks of property damage and business interruption, including but not limited to  re and allied perils; earthquakes, windstorms and any other natural catastrophe perils; machinery breakdown, boiler explosion and any other miscellaneous risks; related to any type of occupancy other than the indicated-on Energy Risks Section that meet at least two of the following characteristics:

  • Risks with total insure values over USD 1,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.
  • Risks having assets distributed in more than one country or region.
  • Reinsurances of captives.

Appetite & Key Considerations

Our preference is to consider non proportional placements of all types with a leading towards the working layers of a placement:

  • Primaries
  • Buffer layers
  • Second and subsequent event structures
  • Captive protections
